Sign up for Floyd & Sons Rental Texts to get text messages about your own rental at the Hertz, Dollar or Thrifty location we operate in Anchorage or Seward: your reservation confirmation, pickup and return reminders, and replies to questions you send us. No marketing. Signing up is optional and is not needed to rent.
What to expect
- First text. A message confirming you are signed up, with how to get help and how to stop.
- Who it comes from. Each text comes from the local 907 number of the location you rented with and names its brand and location, for example “Hertz Anchorage Airport”. Floyd & Sons, Inc. operates those locations as an independent franchisee and licensee and sends the texts.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your rental, usually no more than five messages per rental.
- Stop any time. Reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help, or email info@fsiak.com.
- Costs. We don’t charge for texts. Msg & data rates may apply.
